Refund policy
We do not offer returns for specially made items. We male bespoke furniture made to order and cannot offer refunds.
Please check our item when it arrives for any obvious signs for damage in transit, which is very rare as we use a first class courier service and your item is extremely well packaged. If an item is unfortunately damaged in transit, if the courier is still with you, just give us a call as we would arrange for the courier to bring back to our workshop the damaged part we will arrange the return of your item and a replacement item delivered to you.
Please try to unpack your item within 2-3 days of delivery, once unpacked again check for any signs of transit damage. This is very rare although we do confirm we will repair or replace your item if your item is damaged in transit. Please do not assemble or use your furniture item if you wish to return any transit damaged parts.
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if your item is damage in transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, all of our furniture products are custom products so can't be returned. Also personalised items can't be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on our furniture items as all our furniture is custom made.
European Union 14 day cooling off period does not apply on all our furniture as this is custom made for you.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on custom furniture, only custom new parts will be sent out to you , once the damaged part as been received back to us.
